Does power shitfting really help ? Does it really make ur car take off faster? If i just press the gas pedal all the way and stay ur foot in the pedal and then u just clutch shift clutch shift clutch shift w/o releasing the gas pedal... Does it make ur tranny brake tooo... ??

power shifting is faster, thus harder on the tranny. It all depends on how fast you actually shift in general... I wouldn't recommend power shifting on the street every where you go... My personally I granny shift on the street and power shift when I'm on the drag strip. If you can shift fast enough normal without letting the R's drop below VTEC there really isn't any need for the full throttle shifts cause it's not gonna improve your times that much... on the drag strip I power shift cause every little bit counts, though if I was on the AutoX course or out messing around on the street I wouldn't power shift cause its not really neccessary.
