Anyone as proud of their ITRs....

Post by revolution8k »

...as I am of my newly washed 00 Si? I love this car even more now than I did when I bought it. Sure the tranny sucks when it's cold, but it has (almost) everything I've wanted in a car. Future plans are to take the new edelbrock turbo and stuff it into my B16 and get a nice coil over suspension system to make the ride nice and firm (even more so than it is now!)

I found a new passion for my car when I took it to mikes and had it washed...best 13 bucks I've spent in a long while...

Here's some pics. :D

About a 1 1/2 weeks or so ago after the BIG snow fall sittin out on the street...

Today around 3 pm...notice the steam coming from the grille...i love it. :D

And a few more of em. The shine is just as good as it was the day I brought it home, September 29th, 2003. :D

I love my R so much that i put it away in the winter and i wash and wax it myself. I'd rather buy $40 worth of Maguirs Gold Class stuff and wash my own car rather then go to a $13 drive thru.

I would rather put it in storage too but I can't afford to do that. I'd also like to be able to afford to buy 40 of meguiars right now, but I'm tryin to save up to move out. :)

hey man good to see you. HS...is...well normal, the bickering and the arguing still continues. B is still being an a**... I asked about an edelbrock turbo kit and the only thing he had to say was "the dyno they use sucks" i'm sittin there thinking, isn't this the exact reason you cracked down on people flaming/offtopic posting in the tech forums? eh yeah he didn't like that well. I'm half tempted to leave, but I have so many pictures hosted. lol
