Hydraulic Jack

What jack jacks up to at least 24"? and one that is low. you guys know?

I think the site is Harborfreight... or something close to that- they have light weight Al jacks that are pretty good, but you will have to spend some cash to get one.

Yup. And at $90, that one's a real bargain. But it only lifts to 15". If you're serious about needing to lift up to 24", you should probably be looking to buy a real lift, not a jack.

so there isn't a jack that jacks lose? I've got on the jacks 19" and I need a little more you know. Any others?

No I can't because the jack won't fit. The rides tooo low

drive your car onto blocks of wood, then jack it up..

i use the craftsman SUV jack.. goes up almost 3 ft.. is definitely not low though..

That technique only helps if the minimum lifting height is not low enough, and does not affect the maximum lifting height.

This one has a 4" min & 19" max. $200 is cheap. I've got this one though (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/D ... mber=47246) & it works wonderfully. Only $129 is cheaper than I bought the damn thing!

So what's the difference between the $200 HF jack, the $130 HF jack, and the $90 HF jack?

the lifting height, and the number of pumps required to get to that height (gear ratio? =P)

the guy said his car was too low for a specific jack..

i gave him a suggestion that allows him to pick out any jack.. :)

Min & max height are the major differences between the jacks. They will all life our cars.
