would anyone happen to have good detailed instruction on how to install front camber kits for 2000 INTEGRA TYPE R ? Or knows how to and give instructions ? :D

Well to start off it depends on what kit you got! Each kit manufacturer has differences, some more than others!
2000 ITR #00-0124

Old crappy Civic- $300
Nitrous kit- $500
Blowing your motor when attempting to run a Type-R- PRICELESS!!!

Good point. The Ingalls setup for example is way different than the complete UCA's of say a Skunk2 setup. What kind of kit do you have?

Well its not exactly a camber kit from what the guys @ tire pros said ... its actually a ball joint bearing made by skunk2 ... its a skunk2 classic ... supposedly I dont need it ... unless my car is drop ... but I have my stock springs on it ... with new shock absorbers koni yellow ... with some falken azenis rt 450 850 something like dat ... but it just doesnt feel as smooth as it use to ride ... could it be the radial tires ?
