Montreal area ITR meet

We were hi-jacking Cathie"s thread so at your request, here is the dedicated thread.

I am open to any idea and I agree that a Quebec city meet is more convenient but I have good reasons for proposing Montreal.

1) If we do it on the April 21/22 weekend we have a minimum of 3 ITRs here because of the school and 4 more from the instructors...7 is a good start.

2) Making it close to St-Eustache allows me to have TRAC Racing get involved and offer prizes etc.

3) I want to be at this meet, but my schedule is crazy....I know that I am in town this weekend

Other options....May 21st Victoria day - No one should work and I have the track already rented!!!

I guess we should start by a list of those interested and then the dates that they are in town.

I'm very interested in going, but the date of 4/21-22 is the same as CMP event being held by Hooch'n ... That I must go to.

The May date does have possiblities but kinda close to Expo... Carl, pick a date in Mid summer like late July !

We can do 2 meets? One in april and one july.We're here for that

Wish I could make it this year but I'm not in the Montreal/Ottawa area anymore. BC's pretty nice though

Ok, I guess the April date will happen by default becuase of the school and people already there.

I will look into a mid summer date when we have the track booked again.

I will post possible dates soon.

Exactly what I said in my last post, 2 meets may happen. The reason why we will do it at a track is becuase that is where a ITR should be. Besides all of the Mtl peeps are at the track and never go to Julep meets.

I would love to come with your meet but I have an S2000 and no ITR....

We have a confirmed April 21-22 meet date for starters.

We will work on a 2nd date later in the summer to catch the stragglers and those who bring the cars out late. This date will be TBA.

Now we just got to figure on Friday, Saturday or Sunday......suggestions?

Remember, I will be instructing Sat and Sun on the track.....but a meet in the paddock can happen.

P.S je suis passé chez trac aujourd'hui acheter ma suspention vous avez toujours un service profesionnel et frendly c'est vraiment cool ! on se vois sur la trac en avril Carl j'ai vraiment trop hate !
