97 or 98 ITR

Post by zmeli »

Is there a preference between the 97 and 98 ITR? Edmunds list the curb weight of the 97 a few pounds more? Basically if you were looking for a ITR what year is preffered?

Thanks!

I would choose the 97 soley based on the fact that it is the rarest year to find.

Finding a mint 97' or 98' will make you happy either way. However, if I had my choice I'd choose a 97' for the above reasoning.

i would agree with rareness for the 97...though my preference is 98 simply cuz of some of the body updates that are a much cleaner look than the 97 in my eyes.

It all depends whether you want a rear wiper or not.
