ITR HUMOR!

Post by 98 CW ITR 322 »

I've driven an "R" for 5 years and,

Question Most Asked:
"What is a Type R?"

Answer to second most asked question:
"Yes, it's a real Type R. Count the lug nuts."

Things I have done least in my Type R:
Had a hotty strip nekkid, recline her seat and "check my oil" while I'm doing 80 on the freeway in the city and with no tint film on the windows, kiddies!
Only once, but one can still see "grip marks" on the steering wheel.

Things I have done most:
Clean crap off those "Chumpionship White" wheels. :(

Now lets hear your stuff!

things i have said to laugh at dumb ignorants

"No, it's not a real type r i just repainted my RS CW, put a b18c5 in it, full suspension and 5 lug nut conversion with wheels, wing, seats and Type R Armrest Tag with a Fake Key."

That or ive heard guys behind me in the street scream:

"LET ME HEAR THE VTEC!!!!"

Hey Type R 98,

I have heard the V-TEC.....and it is good.

Perhaps you should install a manifold whistle or an exhaust cutout valve and next time they ask to hear the "V-TEC"...

I can understand the "Is that a real Type R?" question to you CW, FBP and NBP guys since those not in the know won't really notice a difference... but why do I get that damn question every single effing time I go to the strip or the track with my PY ITR??

I mean good grief, it's pretty obvious

"Hold on, wait your right, it is fake. I wanted my car to look like the most stolen thing on earth, and do it all in lower NY with no drive way to keep it in. But there's no fooling you, thats why you drive a Ford Anal Probe."

You got a woman with your R? Damn, that's a first. I haven't met a girl that was impressed with it, and after a ride they're even less pleased: "IT'S TOO LOUD!"

But unfortunately, it almost never happens  Most girls that are into the whole "import tuner" thing are just groupies w/ their bf's or are just insterested in the crowd as opposed to true enthusiasts.

While washing the R:
Blond Cali-looking Z3 2.3 neighbor dude: "Is that a real Type-R?"
Me: "Yea." (Thinking, no, duh, I just spend $5k on a yellow paint job and did a 5-lug conversion.)

Just after opening the garage door:
6-7 year old neighbor kids walking by: "Wow, a CRX!" (My old '90 CRX si) "A Type-R too! That guy has good tast in cars!"

When a friend comes by the first time to pick me up in his 12 sec. @ 5800 ft. WRX, who I've already told I have an R in addition to my WRX: "Is that a real Type-R?" (Guess they don't believe it until they see it, and they still don't believe it...)

My friends and I go down to a parts shop with a group from greenville, nc. There are 3 of us driving 2000 black Type R's. As soon as we stop. I guy comes up and asks "Are those real?".

I understand people driving fake type R's but three together..

Real ITR Humor:

"When I get a new intake and exhaust on my Type-R I'll smoke all the big V8s."

"My stock Type-R is a collector's item. It'll still be worth $20,000 in five years."

But when they really do know their shit it makes them really special!

The world MOST stupid question (after: is that a real Type R) is: "Is that you boyfriends car?" Yeah wanna race?
