I have the Tanabe SRM and I can tell you that it is strait through and very very loud. My ITR sounds like an F1 car when Vtec is engaged, especially under bridges and in tunnels.  I'm sure if a cop heard the Vtec for too long I would be getting pulled over, it's that loud. But off vtec it's very mellow and deep. I love my Tanabe SRM....
Thanks, Matt

i have the tanabe super hyper medalion and i love it, normal driving it gives a lil tone but when vtec kicks in that thing screams but i also have dc jdm headers and a hig flow cat so that might make things a lil louder

Spoon's exhaust is kind of fugly IMO.........I'm sure it will out perform most, but the tip is way too small..... It almost looks like bike exhaust..... I would recomend GReddy, but if Fujitsubo makes one (which I'm sure they already do) that would be my choice...Fujitsubo Power Getter

Tanabe is a nice product. High quality, excellent fit. Sounds evil.

I have the Tanabe Racing Medalion :) Very, very loud (but deep and non-raspy) so I only ride around without the silencer for as long as my eardrums will allow.
