Hydraulic Clutch Issue

So there appears to be a mysterious problem with my hydraulic clutch system. After bleeding the system, the clutch will be fine for a few hours, then the pedal will slowly start getting closer to the floor, eventually far enough that I cannot disengage the clutch full.

Any suggestions?

Yeah you got an AIR leak.
take apart each connection, clean them, inspect, prep, and re-install.

Seriously though, I really did have the same prob.

On a 90 accord the there is a line on top of the trans. It was loose and fluid was slowly leaking out of it. Tightened it up and its fixed...

It would seem so, Rob.

We have so far replaced the clutch MC, slave cylinder and the line going from the MC to the slave.

I'm willing to put money on it that its coming from the line on the bottom of the resorvoir!!

On a manual transmission?

connections on both end of the line are tight.

Well we'll find out if that is in fact the issue in a day or two, I have a new hose on order as well as a new reservoir cap.

Yes manual trans. The accord is different from our cars. One day I went to work, the closer to work I got the shittier the feel of the clutch. Finally getting to work I poulled into a parking spot I couldnt get the damn thing out of gear..

Awesome! Try the hose first, unless there is anther leak somewhere else I am almost positive that will solve the problem. I expect to hear a full report when it is completed.
