insalled b@m short shifter now have vibration in shifter?

i had it put in by well respected mechanic i even had him take it back out and check stuff? couldnt find anything wrong but it still vibrates?

If the shifter comes with polyurethane bushings, it will vibrate a bit more. Stock uses soft rubber to make it more soft :P
