Need to replace the clutch!

Okay my clutch is starting to slip. I am planning to add a flywheel and the jdm fd while putting in new clutch in..

What else is good to do while the tranny is out of the car??

This a good time to change timing belt?
I have like 73K om my itr atm

The timing belt is on the other side of the motor bro...so doing trans work really provides no advantage for changing the timing belt at the same time.

It wouldn't hurt to replace it though...
