Hey I own a 2000 ITR and recently did a compression test on my car. It looks like I will need a rebuild. I had a compression test done on my 2000 Type R and it is low I am getting less then 100 which normally should be between 185-200. I believe my pistons went out on my 2000 ITR. Because I am getting alot of smoke out of my exaust, also my oil is burning really fast. Or it could be the rings. But I was wondering what would be a good replacement if my piston did go out. I am leaning towards getting a JE Pistons with a compression ...

Just curious about whats better going all motor or just putting forced induction ? Whats better for the car on the long run ? That requires less maintenance ?

Well its not exactly a camber kit from what the guys @ tire pros said ... its actually a ball joint bearing made by skunk2 ... its a skunk2 classic ... supposedly I dont need it ... unless my car is drop ... but I have my stock springs on it ... with new shock absorbers koni yellow ... with some fal...

would anyone happen to have good detailed instruction on how to install front camber kits for 2000 INTEGRA TYPE R ? Or knows how to and give instructions ?

Well my struts went out ... on my whole passenger side ... so I replaced all 4 with some koni sports shock absober ... Got my car align ... then about a week or two later ... my kar starts pulling to the side ... so i took it in to get align again ... the guys said i needed new cambers cuz the orgin...

What would be a good camber kit to put on a TYPE R ? Should I go with aftermarket or OEM ? IF aftermarket ... which ones are good @ a reasonable price. And which one is the best ?
