Damn...

Well, the problem is getting worse. There is definately a bearing going out.
I don't know if I should try and get it fixed rather quickly, or just buy another car and let the R sit. Work 5 days a week and I have school 2 days a week, so it is hard to do things with the tranny out......

Yo Dave,
I bought the hytech replica header that is FS in the FS forum (titanium nitrate coated one)...
I talked to the guy last night on the phone. what were your thoughts on the header? He said he sent you pics and talked with you about them. Also, do you know if those are the "Who Is Dan" headers?

80 gain, I bet took some money...

Currently on a NYC subway heading into Manhattan for a large paying three day job :)

I'll be working on a building (42nd st & 2nd ave) that has an external to internal water leak, my job is to supervise the crew (help too) while doing a controlled water leak test.

no signal in the train tunnels... catch you later!

still on stock turbo?

waiting in the office for the bosses to show...

money, lets just say a bunch and all towards the trans. not enough to buy in one shot but a huge leap forward. Hopefully this loot and the rest coming this fall will allow me to have the R ready for Expo 8.

Dave B, Andy and the rest of the crew. If I skip the wtdr exblo now, I should be driving at expo8 whooping some ass! I hate to miss out on this event... but the possibility of tracking the R is worth it.

Let me know if that works out for you. I have pondered the Nitrate one as well. Not sure if it's worth it to give up my JDM 4-1 or not, so I expect good, full review from you on this!!!

I think it "looks" good. The welds are nice and whatnot. I'm just really curious about fitment. I have no idea about these "Who Is Dan" headers.

It won't be going on right away, John is still waiting for his exhaust to get completed :? (exhaust swap going on).
Besides, that will give me time to make a flywheel cover to replace the engine stiffner that has to be removed.

Hell yeah. The thing looks nice as can be, I'm just curious about the fitment which the seller claims to be perfect. Most of the "knock" off headers if you will tend to have this fitment problem. Hopefully this one doesn't and I'll end up getting one too.

Does anyone have an engine stiffner off their R right now?
I don't have the time to take mine off.
I am looking to trace the size and shape of it, with bolt holes.
